1. Open the list
The list combines charges and payments in date order, each row with its folio, client, amount and status.
The Vista menu switches between all movements, charges only or payments only; the status filter separates pending from paid.
The heart of collections: record what each person owes, capture what they pay, and allocate each payment to its charge so the balance always squares.
Contabilidad → Cargos y Pagos shows charges and payments in one list, with view, status and date filters.

Click any row to open its detail in a dialog, without losing your place in the list.
From the detail you can edit, send the movement's email or delete it, depending on your permissions.
A charge says how much a person owes; a payment says how much they handed over. The allocation between them is what keeps the balance and the reports on the same number.
The Acciones button opens the creation menu; choose Nuevo Cargo. Set the client, the concept, the date and the amount.
The charge is born pending and appears immediately in the list and in the client's balance.
Choose Nuevo Pago in the same menu. Set the client, the payment method, the cash box and the amount received.
While capturing it you can allocate it right away against the person's pending charges; whatever remains unallocated can be distributed later from the payment's detail.
Note: Allocation is what marks charges as paid: an unallocated payment leaves the charge pending even though the money is already in the box.
