Expenses and beneficiaries

The outgoing side: record who the institution pays, capture expenses and their payments, and keep the outflow as clear as the inflow.

Beneficiaries

A beneficiary is any person or business the institution pays: suppliers, teachers, services. Their profile works just like a client's.

1. Open the beneficiaries list

Contabilidad → Beneficiarios shows each supplier with their contact details and payable balance.

Click a row to open their profile, with the same tabs as a client's.

2. The beneficiary's profile

The profile gathers the beneficiary's details, their expenses and payments, files and notes — the same tabs as a client's profile.

Expenses and their payments

Contabilidad → Gastos y Pagos runs expenses with the same mechanics as collections: the expense says how much is owed, the expense payment says how much was handed over.

1. Open expenses and payments

The list combines expenses and expense payments in date order, with their beneficiary, concept, amount and status.

The view and status filters work exactly as in collections.

2. Record an expense

In the Acciones menu choose Nuevo Gasto: beneficiary, expense concept, date and amount.

When it is paid, capture a Nuevo Pago de Gasto and allocate it — the mechanics mirror charges and payments.
