Getting started

Sign in to iTorem, meet the dashboard, and learn your way around: navigation, search, notifications and support.

Signing in

Your institution gives you an email and a password. That is all you need to sign in from any browser — nothing to install.

1. Sign in

Open the iTorem address in your browser and enter your email and password in the form.

If your institution gave you a temporary password, the system asks you to change it the first time you enter.

Note: Forgot your password? Use the recovery link on the same screen; you will receive an email with instructions.

2. If you operate more than one institution

With access to several institutions, you choose which to work with on entry; with just one, the system takes you straight to its dashboard.

You can switch institutions from your account menu at any time.

3. If the account is suspended

A suspended institution shows a notice with the contact to reactivate it; no data is lost.

4. Meet the dashboard

Signing in lands you on the dashboard: a period summary of what was charged, collected and spent, plus the most recent payments and activities.

The period selector changes every figure at once: today, 7 days, 30 days, 90 days or the year.

This manual

The manual lives inside the system, and every screen links to its own section from the Acciones menu.

1. Open the manual

In your account menu, above Soporte, lives Ayuda: the guide index with its search.

Each guide reads straight through or by sections, with captures from an example environment.

2. Reach it from any screen

Every screen's Acciones menu ends with the key question: how does this screen work.

That link opens the manual section teaching exactly where you are, and the way back leaves you where you were.

Finding your way around

Everything is reached from the top bar. This section shows where each thing lives and how to get to any screen fast.

1. The navigation bar

The top bar groups the modules: Contabilidad for clients, charges and payments; Comunicación for receipts and emails; Actividades and Calendario for the agenda; and Reportes for analysis.

On a phone, the same modules live in the side menu, opened with the corner button.

2. Search for anything

The magnifier in the top bar opens global search: clients, charges, payments, expenses and activities, all from one box.

On a computer you can also open it with Ctrl+K (Cmd+K on Mac) from any screen.

3. Check your notifications

The bell tells you what needs your attention: credited or failed payments, email problems and support replies.

Each notice takes you straight to the screen where you can act.

4. Inside a ticket

Each ticket is a conversation: your message, the team's replies and the case's state, all on its own page.

5. Ask support for help

If something does not work or you have a question, open a ticket from your account menu. The platform team replies right there.

Keep this manual at hand: most questions are answered faster by reading the section for the screen you are on.
