Before you start.
How does the 14-day trial work?
You try the full system without registering a card. Before it ends you choose how to pay — SPEI bank transfer, OXXO voucher or card. If you have not paid when it ends, your account pauses — your data is kept — and reactivates on its own as soon as you pay.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, no minimum term. Your data exports to Excel whenever you want.
Do my clients need an app or a password?
No. Every client opens their personal link and pays by card, OXXO or SPEI from their browser.
Can I keep receiving cash and bank transfers?
Yes. You record the manual payment and the balance updates just like an online one.
How does the card on file work?
A client who authorizes it saves their card once and their monthly charge collects itself. It is enabled client by client.
Who can see my clients' data?
Only the operators you authorize, and only what each one is granted. Everything is denied until you enable it.
Can I send notices over WhatsApp?
Yes. Payment reminders, statements and confirmations go out over WhatsApp with approved templates and per-member consent. It is activated with your account.
Does it handle expenses too?
Yes. Payees, expenses and expense payments live next to your collections, with their own report and separate permissions.
